A Sampling of Events and Workshops
- Harp circles will generally be held the 2nd Sunday, every other month.

- > Dec. 13, 2026 What to bring to harp circles: Harp, tuner, music stand, sheet music (contact us if you need the link), beverage and snack for social time if desired. - Irish Slow Session - in-person, twice a month at Muso Madison. See their Facebook page for dates (sheet music they use is in the Files tab for their Facebook page). Open to all instruments (not a harp-specific event). The Madison Slow Irish Session is the 4th Sunday each month 5-7 PM. The slightly faster Beginner/Intermediate Irish Session is the 3rd Sunday each month 5-7 PM. New for Fall 2025 - they have a set list which you can find here. Jan. 16-18, 2026. Winter Harp Festival. Online (sessions are live but recorded for later viewing). Instructors for 2026 are Michelle Mulcahy, Anne-Marie O’Farrell, Diego Laverde Rojas, and Eleanor Turner.
- May, (14) 15-17, 2026. Harp Gathering in Archbold, Ohio. Dates TBD, but usually in May.
- July 16-19, 2026. Somerset Harp Festival. Princeton, NJ, online or in-person. Largest lever harp conference in the US (pedal harpists welcome too!)
- Sep 17-20, 2026. Harps in the Glen. West Bend, WI. Harp retreat with Sunita Staneslow and Kim Robertson.
- Caird na Cruite has a few workshops and concerts online on Youtube and their Facebook page.
- Harp Ireland has workshops available to take on your own time online with a modest suggested donation from a variety of artists.
- Rachel Hair is offering free workshops taught by ear (sheet music available for a fee) through her Harp at Home series.
